We have rebuilt jbnordic.se. The site itself is not the big news — but two things behind the login are: your contract prices are shown straight away, and your orders, invoices and support cases are gathered in one place.

Your prices, not list prices

If you have an agreement with us, you see your contract prices as soon as you log in. No price list to convert, no phone call to check what something costs. You see what you pay.

Orders and invoices in one place

Under My account you find all your orders and invoices. You can see what you ordered, when it shipped and what it cost — and you download an invoice yourself instead of asking us to dig it out.

It also makes reordering easier: look at your last order and put the same items in the basket again.

Your support cases

When you register a support case you can follow it under My account — the status, what has happened and what we have answered. No guessing where the case stands, and no hunting through your inbox for that thread.

Order before 13:30

Stocked items ordered before 13:30 ship the same day. Zirconia, PMMA, resin, burs and accessories — most of what you use day to day is on the shelf in Nacka.

Machines still go through us

Milling machines and 3D printers are not bought over the counter. There we want to talk to you first, about what you produce and what you have today, so that you get the right machine and not just a machine. Request a quote directly on the machine page.
